Jennifer Pritchard is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) in Atlanta. With more than 20 years of experience in the retail industry and consulting, she is an expert in helping organizations achieve revenue growth and margin objectives through product innovation, operational improvements, cost reduction, and sourcing and supply chain transformation. Her primary focus is product innovation and supply chain transformations in the global retail and wholesale industries.
Prior to joining A&M, Jennifer was Vice President of Global Sourcing for Chico’s FAS Inc. where she led the centralization of the corporation’s sourcing organization including the development and implementation of all global buying strategies. Previously, she was Director of Cycle Time Reduction at JCPenney Company, where she developed and deployed a business operations strategy to reduce time to market and generate increased sales, improved inventory turns and lower markdowns for this $18 billion-plus retailer.
Prior to this, Jennifer was a Principal and the Director of the Global Sourcing and Supply Chain Practice at Kurt Salmon Associates, a retail- and supplier-focused professional services firm. There she led the global business development in product development, sourcing and supply chain solutions across all retail and wholesale sectors. Jennifer has also held leadership positions in product development and global sourcing for major wholesalers such as Russell Athletic, VF Corporation and Izod Lacoste.
Jennifer has worked with numerous Global 1000 companies to deliver high value financial improvements, and her assignments have spanned the globe giving her a unique perspective on the complex challenges global organizations face today. She earned a bachelor’s degree in International Business from Salem College.
