Mr. Long is a noted retail and consumer products industry expert with 7 years experience as a retail executive and over 18 years experience as a consultant to the senior executives of many of the world's leading retail and consumer products companies.

Mr. Long’s assignments have covered a broad range of topics including corporate strategy, turnarounds, business transformations, branding, marketing, pricing, merchandising, customer experience, international expansions, and outsoucing. Over the course of his consulting career, Mr. Long has led assignments in over 10 countries – including China and Russia – across 4 continents.
