 Tom Langdon
Vice President, Sourcing & Purchasing, Encompass Group LLC
Mr. Langdon has spent 30 years in the textile industry in a variety of roles and responsibilities. For the last twenty plus years he has traveled the globe extensively developing and sourcing all types of textile products. His product experience spans from retail home fashions, to protective and military apparel, and into the medical textile products area. His experience includes woven, nonwoven, and knit manufacturing techniques along with all aspects of printing, dyeing, and finishing.
He currently holds the position of Vice President of Purchasing and Global Souring at Encompass Group, LLC. Tom received his Bachelors of Science degree from the Stetson School of Business at Mercer University. He possesses various continuing education certificates in Customs, Compliance, CTPAT, Supply Chain Management, and ISO 9000 registration. He currently sits on the Techtextil North America Symposium 2012 Advisory Council and chairs the Medical Educational Section. |
