Vic has been with Charming Shoppes for more than two years. During his tenure at Charming Shoppes he has lead key supply chain initiatives including developing a corporate three-year sourcing strategy, leading its supply chain transformation, and managing a global PLM development and implementation. Prior to Charming Shoppes Vic spent seven years with Kurt Salmon working with clients on supply chain improvement and nine years at Ann Taylor in several supply chain management positions. At Ann Taylor, he worked on key initiatives including the start-up of its e-commerce business, a strategic sourcing role based in Hong Kong, and leading the business process work on the design, development and implementation of the industry's first combined PLM and Sourcing System. Vic also held the position of Vice President of Real Estate Strategy at Ann Taylor. |
