Maternity and Baby Wear Fashion Brand Noppies Selects Manhattan Associates

Supply chain solutions provider Manhattan Associates announced that Noppies, a global maternity fashion and baby clothing brand based in the Netherlands, has chosen the Manhattan ILS (Integrated Logistics Solutions) system to support the company's international growth.

Noppies will deploy ILS, in Lelystad in the Netherlands, at the company's lone facility handling all its distribution operations.

Noppies designs and manufactures fashion clothing for pregnant women and newborns. The label is distributed to more than 2,000 outlets in 55 countries worldwide.

In order to support the company's growth, Noppies recently expanded the Lelystad DC from 22,000 square feet to 65,000 square feet and determined it needed a supply chain solution that could effectively manage its warehouse processes, improve the flow of goods throughout its entire supply chain and complement its existing Microsoft Dynamics NAV enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform.

Says Rianne Hoksbergen, supply chain manager at Noppies: "Once the [Manhattan Associates] solution is implemented, we will be able to take full advantage of the expanded DC and be in a position to effectively control our entire supply chain which in turn will facilitate our continued worldwide growth."
