Eileen Fisher Selects Escalate Retail

Escalate Retail has announced that Eileen Fisher, a clothing company with 44 retail stores and accounts at all major department stores, has selected the company's Buy Anywhere, Fulfill Anywhere Commerce solution to enable an end-to-end cross-channel customer shopping experience.

Eileen Fisher will implement Escalate Retail's e-Commerce, Contact Center, Order Manager, and Fulfillment Manager modules to offer convenience and flexibility to shoppers while giving the company the ability to manage and fulfill customer orders across all areas of its business. Acquity Group will provide Eileen Fisher with front-end implementation and hosting services.

"Providing an exceptional customer experience is our top priority, says Eileen Fisher's Lauren Croke, director of web and e-commerce. "It is important that we are able to take what customers love about our stores and express that online with creativity and brand consistency."

In other Escalate news, the company has partnered with MyBuys, provider of personalized product recommendations for online retailers, which will provide Escalate customers with another option to the personalization capabilities of Escalate e-Commerce, allowing retailers to outsource their product recommendations to MyBuys instead of managing them in-house.

MyBuys creates deep consumer profiles based on information that it collects directly from site visitors, and matches it with information gathered from previous in-store and online purchases. MyBuys determines what products and offers are most appealing to each shopper, then makes recommendations on the site and in personalized emails.
