Unique Solutions Design Buys Intellifit

Intellifit Corp. has been acquired by Unique Solutions Design Ltd. for an undisclosed sum.

Intellifit, based in Plymouth Meeting, PA, is the developer of the Virtual Fitting Room, which takes 3D body scans and is used by such clothing manufacturers and retailers as Levi Strauss & Co. and Charming Shoppes Inc.

Dartmouth, Nova Scotia-based Unique Solutions also offers 3D body-scan technology, which is used to measure people for clothing, as well as for health and wellness applications.
