Plus Size Retailer Avenue Launches New iPhone Application

Avenue, a premier plus size brand in the portfolio of Redcats USA has announced the recent launch of its iPhone application, which provides shoppers with easy mobile access to a streamlined version of its website Avenue.com.

In seeking to extend its reach beyond the brand's recent Smart Phone application debut, Avenue realized that the iPhone would offer another state-of-the-art communications opportunity to better serve its loyal customers. This new application enables fashion enthusiasts to experience and shop a streamlined version of Avenue's website at the click of a button. They can also browse new arrivals, search for specific items, take advantage of Avenue's promotions and deals, make purchases with just a few clicks, and find the closest Avenue retail store within seconds.

"As American women move into a more mobile lifestyle and become increasingly comfortable and fluent in shopping online, we want Avenue to remain their preferred destination for a fast, easy and enjoyable shopping experience," said Julie Daly, president of Avenue.com. "Both the Smart Phone and iPhone applications allow us to reach our mobile customers and show them that their favorite brand is in sync with their needs, as well as the latest innovations in technology."

The new Avenue iPhone application is available for users to download free from Apple's iTunes or the App Store on the iPhone. Simply enter search term "Avenue" and download.

Customers and fans can also stay up-to-date with the latest Avenue styles and trends via the brand's official Facebook page.

AVENUE is a specialty retailer featuring plus-size women's fashion apparel, footwear and accessories in approximately 450 AVENUE stores across 37 states and on Avenue.com.
