Frank Cassara has been senior vice president and director of retail operations at JCPenney since 2004. Frank joined the company in 1976 and has held various positions of increasing responsibility including store manager, district manager, director of geographic markets, director of marketing and sales planning and director of stores operations.

Frank graduated from Hofstra University in New York in 1976.
