Nancy Marino
Former EVP/Chief Supply Chain Officer, Gloria Jeans
Nancy Marino is Former Executive Vice President/Chief Supply Chain Officer of Gloria Jeans, based in Russia.
Previously, she was President of Design, Sourcing & Production for Russell Newman, an intimate apparel company, selling to U.S. and international better specialty, department and mid-tier stores. Nancy also served as Senior Vice President of Hanes Branded Apparel, responsible for international operations for Hanes’s buying offices worldwide, with oversight for sourcing and production for all branded apparel brands.
Prior to joining Hanes Branded Apparel, Nancy was Executive Director of the Marketing Management Group, a global consulting firm, where she specialized in the apparel and home fashions industry, providing services from design to delivery, including licensing and brand management as well as M&A’s and financial services.
Nancy also was Senior Vice President, Brand Development and Worldwide Sourcing, for Sears, Roebuck and Co., with offices located throughout the Far East, Southeast Asia and Europe. Nancy was responsible for the design and development of all Sears’ Private Brand programs for apparel and home fashions, along with direct responsibility for Sears’ International buying offices worldwide, exclusively sourcing Sears’ proprietary brands by providing merchandising, quality control, technical design and support for production follow-up and compliance.
Prior to joining Sears, Nancy held executive-level positions at Linmark, Frederick Atkins, Associated Merchandising Corporation, Federated Department Stores, Bradlees and The Limited. Nancy serves on the Board of The Retail Marketing Society and is Chairman Emeritus and a Member of the Cotton Board. |
