Reebok Teams with Cirque du Soleil

Reebok, tapping its heritage in the women's fitness category, has launched a new workout apparel and footwear line designed in collaboration with Montreal-based entertainment company Cirque du Soleil.

Jukari Fit to Fly - a gym-based cardio and strength-building workout program - was launched at gyms worldwide in late February and two complementing footwear and apparel packages were launched at retail that same month.

According to Reebok, the lines, On the Move (consisting of seven footwear styles) and Reebok-Cirque du Soleil (one apparel style for spring, two for fall), offer women's-specific product designed to be used with the Fit to Fly program, but can also be used in any gym activities or as streetwear. Reebok characterizes its new line as a fusion of its technical experience with the theatrics and drama of Cirque du Soleil. According to Reebok, the inaugural spring collection features vibrant colors that are inspired by the costuming of Cirque's shows.

The On the Move shoe collection launched at Nordstrom stores. The Reebok-Cirque du Soleil line debuted at Dick's Sporting Goods.
